For a caterpillar to get on high,
But it is a mere half-second journey,
For a little butterfly,
Point zero one seconds,
Is nothing for you and me,
But it is everything,
For an Olympic sprinter,
Trying for immortality,
A minute – half we barely notice them in the day,
But it’s life time for a fighter pilot,
With a missile on the way,
Which brings us to the values,
Of urgency, Alertness and need,
Every minute will have 60 seconds no more,
And a year will have 8760 hours for sure,
This can’t be changed,
But you can master it beginning now,
You are writing the story of your life,
One moment at a time...
